ADR-0001 through ADR-0004 are the four foundational decisions raised in the white paper. The project sponsor confirmed the drafting defaults of ADR-0001 through ADR-0006 on 2026-10-14. Open questions listed inside an Accepted ADR are refinements within the decision, not reopenings of it.
