Question Read
What problem does it address? White paper and ONVIF comparison
How does it relate to existing work? Prior-art review and transport baseline assessment
What has been implemented and checked? Developer guide and validation reports
What remains before broader adoption? Roadmap and implementation findings

The draft defines aerial conformance tests; underwater, surface and ground domains remain reserved. Reference interoperability reports are self-declared and do not establish certification or readiness for operational use. The .NET WebRTC stack's internal review does not replace the independent review planned in the roadmap.
